The Strong Women in IT 2019 report created by COME CREATIONS GROUP is a unique list of Women who have been successful in the IT industry. It is a story about women who, thanks to their experience, knowledge and persistence, conquered the industry that was dominated by men. As a result, they can successfully become a mentor for other women who want to enter the industry of new technologies but do not know how to deal with the development of the company and the challenges of everyday life.

Many candidates were submitted to the report, however, the jury consisting of 12 eminent personalities from the business world chose only 120 exceptional women, representing various companies and working in various areas related to technologies. This makes the appearance of Mrs. Anna in the first Polish report about Strong Women in IT industry a great honor and appreciation for many years of hard work.

Anna Gębarska graduated in Production Management at the Faculty of Production Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology and in year 2000 together with a group of scientists and researchers from the same university they founded the SMARTTECH company. A company led by Anna was a pioneer of optical measurements and the creator of the Polish 3D measurement market, receiving congratulatory letters from the President and the Prime Minister of Poland and the Polish Product of the Future award in 2005. Today, Anna is the Owner and Managing Director in SMARTTECH company that successfully conquers global markets by offering professional optical measuring devices for various industries that successfully compete with 3D scanners of the largest international manufacturers.

Thanks to her unique character traits, persistence, experience and skills, Anna easily combines her professional and private life by raising her three sons. Together with her family, she loves to visit the most mysterious and interesting places around the world.
